Nurtured Mothers, Thriving Babies

You’ve done everything you can to prepare—nesting, organizing, planning, and dreaming of the day you’ll meet your baby. You’ve worked hard to create a warm and welcoming start for this new life. But are you ready for what comes next?

When baby finally arrives, mothers often find themselves overlooked.

The world shifts its attention to the newborn, leaving you exhausted, unsure, and running on empty.

Healing takes time, and yet you’re expected to bounce back, care for your baby, and somehow tend to yourself at the same time. How?!

Maybe you’ve tried leaning on family or friends, but their advice feels scattered or outdated. Or perhaps you’ve searched online for answers, only to end up overwhelmed by conflicting information.

What you really want is simple: the space to heal, nourishing meals that restore your body, and someone you can trust to support you and your baby, an extra set of hands, listening ears, and calm presence.

That’s where postpartum doula care makes all the difference.

My role is to mother the mother — offering nourishment, guidance, and care so you have the heart space to tend to your baby. When you feel supported and well, the bond between you and your baby thrives, creating a foundation of connection that will last a lifetime.

Unlike one-size-fits-all advice, my support is tailored to your unique needs—whether that means preparing healing foods, providing lactation guidance, supporting newborn care, or simply holding space for you emotionally. I’m 100% here for you!

Each postpartum doula session includes 4 hours of in-home care, thoughtfully designed to nurture you and your baby.

    • Cooking nourishing meals for you and your family

    • Emotional guidance

    • Practical physical support, which may include: herbal sitz baths, herbal foot soaks with light limb massage, light household duties such as laundry, bed linen changes, and dishes.

    • Newborn care and lactation guidance

    • Text support the week of your session

    • A customized food menu of nourishing meals, snacks, and teas (for your approval)

      • * Groceries and shopping are included in the session price, so you don’t have to worry about shopping either!

Investment: $350–$450* per session

*Pricing depends on the session’s focus and is agreed upon prior to booking. Available for clients in Santa Barbara County only.
