Hi, I’m Chelsea (RN, CLC, CNC)

So glad you’re here!

I believe every mother deserves to feel supported, nurtured, and empowered through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Too often, mothers are expected to pour all of themselves into their baby, while receiving little care for their own healing and transformation.

What new mothers really want

As we step into motherhood, what we long for most is simple: to feel safe, informed, and deeply cared for. To trust our bodies, our intuition, and the journey ahead. To feel confident in the birth room, supported as we heal, and nourished as we navigate those tender first months with a new baby.

But the truth is, many mothers feel alone, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to advocate for themselves and their needs. Even with love and support from family or friends, the complexities of new motherhood can leave us exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from our own strength.

My story and mission

I know this because I’ve lived it. After the birth of my first daughter, I felt disempowered and unprepared for the challenges of postpartum. By the time I was pregnant with my second, I was determined to do things differently—for myself, my family, and the new life I was creating.

My soul was calling for a rebirth—what I now recognize as an inner blooming. During my second pregnancy, I let go of the picture-perfect nursery and the latest gadgets, and instead invested in birth and postpartum support, along with the learning (and unlearning) that helped me approach motherhood differently. After my second daughter was born, I felt a profound shift in my healing, mood, and ability to bond with her.

Trusting my intuition and receiving nurturing care revealed a new path and purpose for me—one that extended beyond the hospital walls. Drawing on my background as a registered nurse, my work in labor and delivery, and my training as a postpartum doula, lactation counselor, and holistic postpartum nutrition consultant, I created Innerbloom Mama.

Today, my mission is simple: to walk beside you with knowledge, compassion, and care—so you can experience your own inner bloom and truly thrive in motherhood.
