Perinatal Coaching

Step into Motherhood with Confidence

You’ve worked hard to create a beautiful life and home for your growing family. You care deeply about your own well-being and that of your baby, and you want to step into motherhood with intention, grace, and strength.

Maybe you don’t feel called to have support in the birth room itself, but are longing to feel held in pregnancy and postpartum, even if you’ve done it before! You may find yourself wondering:

  • Am I really prepared for what’s to come?

  • What can I do to have a different experience from my last birth?

  • How do I overcome birth trauma from a previous experience to really feel strong and confident this time?

  • Did I learn everything I really need to know in my crowded birth class?

  • How do I advocate for myself in the hospital or birth center?

  • What will life feel like once the baby arrives?

Even with supportive friends or family, the truth is that new mothers often feel alone and unsure.

You may have read books, attended classes, or scrolled through endless online advice, yet still feel unprepared for the realities of labor, birth, and postpartum. This uncertainty can leave you anxious, drained, and disconnected from the joyful experience you want to have.

That’s where perinatal coaching comes in. Instead of piecing together information or trying to figure it all out on your own, you’ll receive personalized, evidence-based, and heart-centered guidance—designed specifically for you and your family.

Through a blend of childbirth education, advocacy coaching, lactation support, postpartum preparation, and nutrition guidance, I walk beside you during pregnancy to ensure you feel confident and prepared for birth.

This may not be for you if…

  • You are seeking only medical care or clinical services (I provide non-medical, holistic support)

  • You are not ready to engage in personalized sessions or commit time to preparation

  • You prefer a purely self-guided approach

  • You’re looking for a traditional group birth class. I still highly recommend you attend a birth class as well, and then we can talk about and clarify what you’ve learned.
